Since its inception in 1932, pany has steadily grown from a small provider of chemical products into one of the world’s leading chemical manufacturing companies. The history of pany spans eight decades and includes multiple acquisitions and the development of 18 facilities in 11 countries — all under the guidance of the Stepan family.
The Early Years

1995: Forms joint venture — Stepan Philippines Inc., Bauan, Batangas, Philippines.
1996: Acquires Cologne, Germany, plant.
